the breakfast was delicious. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location in a quieter part of the city was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby. the water bus terminal was also close by!!!

the suite offered amazing views from the balcony. i was happy with the complimentary chianti wine and water bottles they provided. the size of the room was large, giving us ample space to relax. it really set a positive tone for our trip.
the room felt a little old, as some of the furniture could use some refreshing.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is easily accessible to many attractions. The staff was friendly. They always helped me with a smile. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. The air conditioning worked well.

The location near the canal made finding local spots easy. My room included a functional safe and a mini-fridge, which I used for drinks. Air conditioning was effective and provided relief from the summer heat.
