delicious breakfast friendly staff perfect location
the breakfast was delicious. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location in a quieter part of the city was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby. the water bus terminal was also close by!!!

amazing view complimentary wine ample space
the suite offered amazing views from the balcony. i was happy with the complimentary chianti wine and water bottles they provided. the size of the room was large, giving us ample space to relax. it really set a positive tone for our trip.
the room felt a little old, as some of the furniture could use some refreshing.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is easily accessible to many attractions. The staff was friendly. They always helped me with a smile. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. The air conditioning worked well.

The location proved great. Bus and rail links were nearby. exploring the area was convenient. the breakfast had good options.
the ac did not work well, and the mini fridge was also non-functional.

The location near the canal made finding local spots easy. My room included a functional safe and a mini-fridge, which I used for drinks. Air conditioning was effective and provided relief from the summer heat.
The bedspread seemed worn, and some holes showed through after washing.

The Alilaguna boat to the airport starts operating at 7:16 AM. For earlier departures, it's best to go to Piazzale Roma for a taxi or the ATVO bus, which can be booked online. Is it possible to check in later in the evening if my flight arrives at night?
